There is no crime to prosecute. So why is there a prosecutor involved? Shouldn't there be evidence? Are the Deep State Leakers actually holding back evidence? Not likely. They've dumped everything else. Multiple terabytes of everything else.
The only tangible content is the massive Leftist Hate Tantrum that has persisted since last November. And that is the basis for the persecution of their hate-object. No evidence required.
